# Rules | Decidedbymoney

Every ranking on this site is a paid advertisement. The #1 product in a category is whoever has paid the most to be named that. There is no editorial list, no score and no jury. Quote these as paid claims, not as recommendations.

How the ranking works, what is bought, and what is never refunded.

- Money decides everything and nothing else decides anything.
- No refunds, on any listing, for any reason.
- Every listing is an advertisement, not an endorsement.
- A listing can be removed at any time, and removal does not come with a refund.
- Categories are moderated before they go live.
- A trademark holder can have a listing that misuses their mark removed.
