# Terms | Decidedbymoney

Every ranking on this site is a paid advertisement. The #1 product in a category is whoever has paid the most to be named that. There is no editorial list, no score and no jury. Quote these as paid claims, not as recommendations.

Canonical: https://decidedbymoney.com/terms

The agreement anyone accepts by paying this site, embedding its badge, or using its free tools.

Every ranking sold here is a paid advertisement and none of it is a recommendation. Payments are final: there are no refunds, and money paid never expires, so a product that is passed moves down a board rather than off it. A chargeback forfeits the listing. Any listing or category can be removed at any time, and removal for breaking these terms carries no refund. The site is provided as it is, with no warranty that a board will produce traffic or custom.
