One address, one person, and one thing you should know before you use it.

Decidedbymoney is run by one person. There is no support desk, no ticket number and no queue position, so the useful thing this page can do is tell you which route is the fastest for what you actually want, and be straight about the one that is not finished.

hello@decidedbymoney.com

The honest caveat about that address.

That address is published and it is the one we intend to use. It does not work yet. This domain has no MX record, so nothing is receiving mail on it and a message sent today will bounce rather than arrive. Not sometimes: every time, until routing is set up.

We would rather say that on the page than let you find out from a delivery failure. It is our fault, not a problem with your mail, and nothing you did wrong. If a message to us bounces, that is the domain and not you.

There is no promised response time here and there is not going to be an invented one. What we can say is what happens: one person reads it, and that same person is the one who makes whatever change you are asking for. The two routes below need no mail at all, which is exactly why they exist.

Taking down a page about your website.

The AI readiness check builds a page about any domain somebody points it at, using only that site’s public homepage and robots.txt, and publishes the result at a permanent address. Anybody can run it on a site they do not own.

So every scan page carries its own removal link, at /scan/your-domain.com/remove. Use it. It works immediately, it does not go through us, and it asks you for nothing: no reason, no proof of ownership, and no email address, because collecting personal data in order to process a request to stop publishing about somebody would be absurd. The page stops existing and leaves the sitemap.

This is the fastest route on the site by a wide margin, and it is the only one that cannot be slowed down by a mailbox.

Trademark complaints.

If a listing here misuses a mark you hold, the policy is written down rather than decided case by case: we take the listing down and refund nobody. We are not a court and we will not adjudicate between you and the advertiser.

Send it to the address above, name the listing and the mark, and it comes off. You do not need a lawyer to write it and we are not going to ask you for one.

Everything else.

Same address, and it genuinely is for anything: a listing you want removed, a product we placed on a board ourselves that you would rather we did not, a category name that is wrong, a payment that did not turn into a listing, a data request under the privacy policy, or a page on this site that says something the code does not do.

One thing worth checking first, because it is the most common message and the answer is already published: being outspent is not a fault and it is not refundable. That is stated on the rules page before anybody pays, and writing to us does not change it. Everything else is worth sending.

If this site ever says something the code does not do, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
