Using Decidedbymoney, paying it, or embedding anything it gives you means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not pay and do not embed. There is no account to close.

These terms cover the whole site: the boards, the checkout, the badge, the API, the markdown documents and the free tools.

Every ranking here is a paid advertisement. The product named #1 in a category is whoever has paid the most to be named that. There is no editorial process, no testing, no scoring and no jury.

Nothing on this site is a recommendation, an endorsement, a review, or a statement that one product is better than another. A position on a board is a statement about money and nothing else.

You must be able to enter a contract where you live, and you must be buying for a product you own or are authorised to represent. Buying a position for somebody else's product without their authority is grounds for removal without a refund.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. They collect sales tax and VAT, and their terms govern the transaction itself.

A listing starts at $1. Proposing a category with a paid listing is $1. Money paid is added to a product's lifetime total on that board and never expires, so being passed moves a product down a board rather than off it.

There are no refunds. Not for being passed, not for changing your mind, not for a board being quieter than you hoped. The only exceptions are the automatic ones set out on the rules page.

Opening a chargeback forfeits the listing immediately, and the domain may be refused future purchases.

A listing points at a real, working product on an https URL. Names and taglines are plain text about that product: no slurs, no adult material, no gambling, no illegal products, no impersonation, and nothing written to make a paid placement read as editorial.

Category names are moderated, and a category can be rejected or renamed before it goes live.

You keep everything you own. Submitting a name, tagline, URL or logo gives us permission to display it on this site, in the images this site generates for sharing, and in the machine-readable copies of those pages, for as long as the listing stands.

The badge is yours to embed while your listing stands. It must link back to the board it came from, and it must not be edited to remove the statement that the ranking was paid for.

The tools are provided as they are, for free, with no guarantee that a result is correct or current. A grade from one of them is the output of a script, not an audit.

The readiness check publishes a permanent public page about the website it was run against, which may be somebody else's. Anyone can have such a page taken down, with one confirmation and nobody to ask.

We can remove any listing, category or scan at any time, and we can refuse anybody. The grounds actually used are listed on the rules page. Removal for breaking these terms does not come with a refund.

This site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will be available, that a board will attract traffic, that a position will produce clicks or customers, or that what you buy will be worth what you paid.

So far as the law allows, our total liability for anything connected with this site is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost custom, or any indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

These terms can change. The version on this page when you pay is the one that governs that payment, and a change is not applied backwards to a listing already bought.
